Couple of disclaimers: 1. I am not a chef so my recipes are and look homemade! 2. I am not a professional videographer - think that's pretty obvious from my filming :) 3. Yup they are only 80 calories per ball - thank me later :) So I was looking for something yummy, sweet and easy to make at home whilst watching my weight. I love these Chocolate Bliss Balls because they are so easy to make and each ball is only 80 calories. They are about as healthy as chocolate can get. But if you'd like to be a bit unhealthy, I think they would go so nicely with some clotted cream vanilla ice cream for a dessert for guests or just for yourself #nojudgement You will need: -12 pitted dried dates 180 grams -1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder 8 grams -1 tbsp melted coconut oil 20 mls -½ cup walnuts 50 grams -120 g dark chocolate 70% What you need to do: -Soak the dates in boiling water for 30 minutes. -Blend soaked and drained dates with all other ingredients, excluding the dark chocolate, until well combined. -Place the mixture into the freezer for 30 minutes. -Once chilled, roll the mixture into 12 balls. -Place on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden. -Melt the dark chocolate and coat the balls with it.
